Now Hiring – Sales Enablement Specialist
Purpose of Job
The Sales Enablement Specialist will generate sales activity through networking, cold calling, advertising, and/or other means of generating interest from potential contacts.
The Sales Enablement Specialist will help outside sales development and optimize strategy to secure additional appointments, analyze overall business & market trends. This position is also a key part of internal and external communications. This position will report directly to VP of Sales & Marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conversion of Inactive Contact to Active Contact status through (but not limited) the following
- Database management – New Construction (PEC – Planning, Engineering, and Construction) reports or equal
- Mailers – Generate list, call & qualify contacts, delegate to outside sales team to develop leads and/or opportunities.
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and maintain email drip campaigns
- Sales Communication
- Serve as first point of contact for inbound inquiries and gather preliminary information to pass to appropriate RSM/DSP.
- Procure, call, and qualify project specific bidders for outside sales team.
- Assist outside sales team in developing and coordinating sales calls when RSM’s and DSP’s are traveling o Develop and Maintain project account lists by territory and/or industry code
- Market Messaging
- Use of a macro understanding of products and branding to develop messaging campaigns for mailers, email drips, trade shows, etc. Coordinate and communicate messaging to the Sales
- Market Development
- Use business trends and resources to identify and cultivate new market opportunities. Assist in developing strategy, message, product development, etc. to penetrate new market opportunity.
- Customer Engagement
- Reach out to customers to determine their satisfaction and assist in identifying candidates for testimonials and project profiles.
- Analyze Business Trends
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly order reports based on Industry codes, products, etc. and compare to overall market trends (i.e. IIR projected market spending reports) to help develop Sales & Marketing short- and long-term strategy.
- Event Coordination / Trade Shows
- Coordinate and complete all activities for trade shows including but not limited to: contracting with trade show, creation of presentation plan and booth layout, research and contracts for site specific items, coordinate travel for attendees, set-up and dismantle booth (if required).

- Maintain Budget Line items for Trade shows
Skill/Job Requirements
- A proven track record in marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Identify market trends and adapt/change our marketing efforts based on these trends
- Experience in working in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, presentation, business development, time management, and relationship building skills
- Ability to intently listen and understand client requests and requirements, develop action plan and relay plan to team members.
